ideal questionnaire

am i coward ? probably, yes or no or i don't know.
rti act has given power to unearth irregularities, scams, philandering, etc..
i don't know how many persons have lost their lives due to their rti queries. neither i am interested about body count. may be i am afraid.
so i have decided to online documenting my questions for various indian government departments. if you are an rti activist you are free to use the questions.
