how many times does the newspaper publish news about installation of a new equipment in a public or government-run hospital. once, at most. but if you are a private hospital & pay lakhs or crores of rupees for advertisement, the installation of new equipment news article can run for few days.

call me novice for asking this question, can i classify the articles as paid news. not again sigh.....
